Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I stayed at this hotel, which was fine for the price but had some issues. The rooms, although clean, were a bit outdated and faced a noisy highway making it hard to maneuver in traffic. On the positive side, they were very clean and had a pleasant touch with cinnamon-scented candles. The location is excellent if you want to stay on a budget on the island, however, it can get very loud due to its proximity to a major thoroughfare near a military base. The dining experience was average, and the breakfast options were limited. The facilities were decent, but nothing extraordinary.
The hotel provides more space than expected in the rooms, but they definitely need some maintenance and are quite small. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which helps make up for certain shortcomings. While the location offers convenience and nearby amenities, the noise levels from the busy intersection are a drawback. The dining experience may lack variety in options, but the service is courteous. Overall, the hotel delivers on some aspects but falls short in others.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were extremely hot initially and took some time to cool down. They were definitely not luxurious and on the smaller side. However, the service was amazing - the staff walked with us to show available rooms and were very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for our needs, close to restaurants, the ferry, and a running path. On the downside, parking in the area can be a nightmare.
